Cozy Bear Art

Cozy Bear Art is an art collective founded in 2025 by Kelly Chang and I-Cheng Ho. We create and publish zines, games, and other creative projects, and we regularly host workshops for people who want to explore art in an approachable way.
Coming from engineering backgrounds, we believe art is not limited to trained artists — anyone can create, even without prior design or art experience. Through our work and workshops, we explore how art can become a way to express ourselves, share our ideas, and communicate our passion about the world around us.

Kelly Chang

Kelly Chang is an artist and programmer working at the intersection of technology and creative expression. She graduated from the Integrated Digital Media master’s program at New York University in 2018, where she explored interactive media, design, and creative coding. Her work often combines digital art, games, and experimental storytelling, and she is passionate about making art accessible to people without formal art training.
